WHAT WE DO
We design and build industrial drying systems that safely strip moisture from tough materials. Our dryers are proven to turn wet, unstable hazardous waste products – sludge, biosolids, biomass, and food byproducts – into dry, stable materials such as Class A biosolids that can be disposed of or reused more easily. Gryphon dryers are highly automated, smart, and designed to fit your facility and production needs. Our systems continually monitor their own health and are carefully designed to be simple and maintenance-friendly. This reduces downtime, cuts labor costs, and helps you turn waste into resources efficiently and reliably.

Feed Material:
Wet materials (sludge, biosolids, biomass, etc.) enter the dryer without the need for sludge pumps or extruders.

Thermal Drying:
Material is safely heated and dried up to 90% Total Solids (10% moisture), and water is recaptured

Automated Continuous Processing:
Engineered controls maintain consistent flow and low-maintenance operation

Material Output:
Dried materials achieve Class A “EPA grade” quality at 70–75% of their original weight/volume, ready for reuse or disposal.
