ABOUT GRYPHON ENVIRONMENTAL
Since day one, our goal has been clear: make thermal drying safe, smart, and simple. That journey began in 2007 with an idea and a few hand-drawn sketches. After years of testing and refining, we installed our first industrial dryer in Savannah, Georgia.
By 2018, we expanded into municipal systems, helping cities take control of their drying challenges with innovative, reliable solutions.
In 2020, we took a major step forward by opening our own 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. Bringing all production and assembly in-house gave us full control over quality, speed, and innovation.
But drying is more than building equipment — it’s a partnership built on understanding your process, the challenges you face, and the materials you handle every day.

We’re not afraid to ask questions or roll up our sleeves, and we’ve done the dirty work to understand what really happens in the field. Our team has hands-on experience drying everything from municipal biosolids to chicken manure, hemp to food by-products, and mining waste to paper sludge.
We continue to learn, test materials, refine our processes, and engineer new solutions to continually improve our installations every day.
The results of our learning speak for themselves. Today, we have over twenty installations across close to a dozen states, and that number keeps growing. We’re not just building equipment or drying material — we’re solving real problems and creating solutions that last.
GRYPHON TIMELINE
AMERICAN MADE
Being American-made isn’t just a tagline for us—it’s how we work, what we value, and who we are. Every dryer we produce is designed, engineered, and assembled right here in the United States. From our 90,000 sq. ft. facility in Kentucky, we manage every step of the process in-house—no outsourcing, no shortcuts.
This gives us complete control over quality, timelines, and innovation. We source as many components as possible from U.S.-based suppliers, supporting American manufacturing at every level. When you work with us, you're not just getting a high-performance system—you’re investing in American jobs, craftsmanship, and accountability.
We believe in building products that last, and that starts with building them at home.
